- Upon request, a rollaway bed can be provided to allow for an additional guest and subject to a $35/adult/night or $25/child**/night fee.

*When possible, early check-in will be accommodated upon request but, cannot be guaranteed.
*To avoid room cancellation, please call 908-684-4377 for prior approval should you need to arrive later than 9:00 PM.
Check-Out: 11:00 AM - All rates are exclusive of State Tax (6.625%) and State Occupancy Fee (5%).

Cancellations
Because of our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we uphold a strict cancellation policy. If you should need to cancel your reservation, we ask for notification 7 days prior to your arrival date to ensure a full refund. After that period, we will make every effort to re-book, and if successful, will refund the full amount. However, if we are unable to rebook the room, the full room charge will apply.
No shows, early departures and late arrivals (arriving after 9:00 PM without prior approval) are responsible for the full amount of the reserved stay.
All cancellations are subject to a $35 Cancellation/Processing Fee.
Parking
Free on-site parking is available off both Franklin St. and High St. respectively.
Children
Out of consideration for all our guests, children younger than 7 years of age cannot be accommodated.
Smoking & Candles
For the safety and respect of all guests and to avoid triggering a false fire alarm, smoking, vaping and candles are strictly prohibited.
Pets
Sorry we are unable to accommodate pets.
